Meet the Team

Madeline Daryadel has more than 25 years experience in hospitality sales, specializing in group business, incentive and social markets. In 1997, she recognized the unlimited potential of the Internet and founded MADSearch. In 2005, they joined with Charles Deyo, President of Cendyn to form MAD-Marketing. She served as the Director of Social Catering for the now Hyatt Bonaventure Resort and Spa in Fort Lauderdale. This experience, along with her Internet marketing background, inspired the design of an online response tool for brides-to-be and wedding planners.

Shawn Fisher, will be contributing her expertise as our California Sales Director. After 30 years in sales, marketing and advertising she started Acorns2OakTrees because it gave her the ability to be more independent and creative in serving her clientele. Born in Pittsburgh, she attended University of Texas at Austin after high-school, and received her B.A. in English from San Diego State University, and single-subject teaching credential from Cal State San Marcos. Shawn’s work experience includes customer service management, software sales and sales management, plus advertising production and media buying prior to her position as sales manager for “The West’s Best” branded regional advertising inserts. She has worked with most of her current vendors, clients and partners for the past 12-15 years. At home, she enjoys her Harley-building husband (creator of the EvilTwin 4888 motorcycle), 5 acres of avocado and orange groves, her “barn” office and library, two cats, fresh air and tons of wildlife.
